Job Description

With this position, you will:
·????? Market Strategy Analysis and Formulation: Keep clear awareness of latest market, develop market strategy by conducting market data analysis from hands-on market research and customer relationship management. Drive formulation of IOT Hydraulic market development strategy for Bosch Rexroth Industrial Hydraulic Business Unit
·?????? IOT Solution Development: Based on Hydraulic technical know-how, identify potential Internet of Things (IOT) application scenarios. Development IOT Hydraulic solution business model, with understanding of latest IOT development progress and future trend in China industrial machinery market
·?????? Project Management of IOT Solution Realization: Work closely with internal engineering team and external key market stakeholders, manage project team to realize the market application of IOT Hydraulic solution
Qualifications
Job Related Qualification and Preferences:
- Education: Master degree in Science and Engineering related major
- Language: Fluent English communication and presentation, German is a plus
- Working practice: 3+ related work experience, fast reaction, flexibility and coping under difficult situations in a collaborative way
- Experience: Related working experience in an international company with following key words is strongly preferred: IOT Solution Architecture, Business Development, Technical Sales/PM, Digital Strategy Analysis
- Know-how: Knowledge of Hydraulic Products or understanding of Automotive Industry is preferred
