JOB PURPOSE:

This position will be responsible to support the execution of specific Caterpillar's aftermarket eCommerce Marketing initiatives to grow online parts sales in China.

The China eCommerce Marketing specialist will work closely with internal team, Cat dealer and 3rd party service providers implement the project based on well understanding business purpose & customer needs-wants.

This position requires marketing and digital knowledge, project management experience as well as excellent communications skills.

JOB DUTIES:

· Monitor eCommerce website (Catpeijian dot cn) performance with digital management tool (Google Analytics, Tableau…) to understand customer digital behavior and online media performance

· Support promotion owner to develop the media strategy (including SEM, SEO, vertical & social media…) and evaluate media placement efficiency to improve marketing investment.

· Responsible to extend Cat eCommerce database with digital customer engagement campaign, such as welcome campaign, member-get-member…

· Manage WeChat official service account and WeChat content plan to better serve retail customer promotion & precising marketing.

· Develop eCommerce marketing content to cultivate target audience with rich, such as product FAB, customer story/testimonial/UGC.

· Work with data analyst to customize content strategy for segmented customers.

· Overall Cat merchandise gift management, including gift selection, bidding, gift order fulfillment and cost control to support promotion & loyalty program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree preferably in Marketing

· 3+ years of experience in marketing or digital

· Project management experience

· Strong communications skills

· Accomplished in the use of business tools, data analysis

· Good English language capability
