- Handle full spectrum of order processing including expor& import shipping documentation.

     根据工作流程，完成进出口数据系统录入及核对， 单证文件制作、发送等日常工作。

  - Ensure verification and booking of vendors’ invoices.

    收集、整理并核对订舱及发票信息，确保输入准确无误。

  - Cost/Quotation awareness.

    检查成本和报价等数据是否正常。

  - Daily process of ocean /air freight billing.

     制作提单/运费/形式发票，处理单证相关事宜。

  - Ensure timely dispatch of all completed invoices to customers.

    确保准时将开好的发票提供给客户。

  - To generate month end reports to ensure all jobs closure.

     准时完成数据输入、单证及开票工作，确保准时关帐。

  - Other adhoc duties as assigned.

     其它交办的工作。

  

任职资格

  - A minimum Junior College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business English or the equivalent.

    大专或以上学历，物流管理或商务英语相关专业。

  - Excel knowledge. 

   会操作Excel电子表格。

  - Initiative with a strong sense of responsibility, patient and meticulous attitude.

    工作耐心、细致、责任心强。

  - Good communication skills and good interaction among team  members.

     沟通能力强，有团队合作精神。
