1、Responsible for the intelligent manufacturing roadmap planning and system architecture.
负责智慧工厂/智能制造的系统路线规划和架构设计。
2、Covert business pain points to technical requirement and propose the competitive solutions.
能够将客户的业务痛点转化为技术需求，并提出具有竞争力的解决方案；
3、Responsible for smart factory solution project management and implementation.
负责智能工厂解决方案整体项目管理，推进落地；
4、Review of requirements for core business functions and product functions, and business process design,
负责核心业务功能、产品功能的需求评审，业务流程设计；
5、Responsible for coordinating the integration of the IT team with the Plant's internal and external resources, delineating the work interface and workflow;
负责协调IT团队与工厂内、外部资源的整合，划定工作界面及工作流程；
6、Have team management experience；
具备团队管理经验；

任职要求：
1、Familiar with the development and policy direction of China Manufacturing 2025, Industry 4.0, Internet + Manufacturing and other industries; familiar with the direction and implementation path of Industry 4.0/intelligent manufacturing;
熟悉中国制造2025、工业4.0，互联网+制造等行业发展及政策方向；熟悉工业4.0/智能制造的方向及实现路径；
2、Have more than 5 years of industrial Internet related work experience;
具备5年以上工业互联网相关工作经验；
3、At least have 2 smart factories project experience;
参与不少于2个智能工厂整体建设落地；
4、Have their own research and understanding of new technologies and new trends in the industry;
对工业行业新技术新趋势有自己研究理解.
5、Have experience in combining new technologies such as 5G/artificial intelligence/edge computing and factory applications;
有对5G/人工智能/边缘计算等新技术和工厂应用结合落地经验；
6、Familiar with the factory construction process and external related processes;
熟悉工厂建设流程及对外相关流程；
7、Excellent English and Chinese communication skills and project organization skills;
具有良好的中英文沟通能力和项目组织能力；
