General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

Paperwork dealing and transmission to destination for import clearance. 负责日常文件的处理，并且传输相应文件给目的港以安排清关。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

Confirm shipment on board on vessel sailing date. 确认货物装船及船舶离港时间.

Check MBL draft with carrier / booking agent, and get the original / telex release / surrendered MBL within due date. 和船公司/订舱代理核对MBL信息，并在规定时间内取得正本/电放的MBL。

Prepare HBL draft and issue original one once confirmed by supplier. 安排与客户的HBL核对工作，并在得到确认后签发正本提单。

Issue local invoice to supplier for payment, and ensure COD (Cash on Delivery) policy is abided by strictly. 安排出具发票给客户付款，并且严格遵守公司到账放单的财务政策。

Send pre-alert and related shipping documents to overseas colleagues by due date. 在规定时间内发送预报和相关的文件给海外的同事。

Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system. 确保操作系统中录入的信息完整并且正确。

Ensure file is close by due date. 确保按时关账。

Other tasks assigned by manager. 完成其他由经理分配的任务。

Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

College graduate, major in related is preferable 大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先考虑

Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识

Professional Knowledge 专业知识: Knowledge of ocean export 海运出口知识

Software Skills 软件技能: Familiar with MS office熟练掌握办公软件

Language Skills 语言技能: Good English in reading and writing 良好的英语读写能力
