Mission:

1. Leads Supplier Quality operations on Suppliers of his country

2. Ensure Qualification of Suppliers

3. Create value (customer and economical) through Supplier efficiency

4. Contribute to Product projects Quality Milestones and gates

5. Contribute to industrialization of Projects and supplier development

6. Develop Supplier Quality performance

7. Guarantee conformity and stability of productions

8. Treat non-conformity and secure our customers and our businesses @supplier point of view

9. Manage strong continuous improvement approach of Supplier

10. Monitor closely Supplier Quality performance of his/her scope in relation with Project Quality KPI and Product Compliance

11. Develop Supplier (industrial) Quality Culture within his/her ecosystem

Profile:

Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering or equivalent background 

Have work experience in global organization and easily manage multinational suppliers.

8 years or above experience exposed in manufacturing environment, quality roles preferred.

Solid experience in quality improvement projects.

Management experience and skills preferred 

Practice of Problem Solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, 6Sigma, …), including statistics technique.

Good presentation skills, training and coaching skills

Skills/Knowledge of process validation and software validation.

Good command of English for reading, writing, listening and spoken.

Good command of Office Software.

Clear and logic thinking, passionate, self-motivated, open mind, ability of learning.

Strong communication/coordinating skills to coordinate stakeholders properly. 

Good team work spirits and enjoy challenge & innovation.
