Market and Product Strategy Development

- Collect market data and insights through daily interactions with the sales team, customers and desk research. 

- Participate in the strategy generation and understand the result for implementation.

Product Lifecycle Management 

- including regulatory affairs, customer service. sales and finance; maintain a strong connection to the dental product functions.    

- Assist the senior product manager in regular updates of the positioning and pricing of existing product lines.    

- Understand the needs of the sales team and the customer to help generate ideas and contents of the product related marketing tools (offline and online), cooperate with Marketing Communication to create these tools in line with the marketing and sales strategy.   

- Review inventory levels and notify customer service for any volume changes related to foreseeable marketing activities.  

Training and Continuous Education

- Conduct internal Train-the-Trainer programs to transfer new product/solution knowledge to treatment professionals and other internal trainers within the Dentsply Sirona Academy.  

- Create external training requirements based on the product strategy to pitch to the Dental Academy and work with them to create the contents of new training programs.    

Support Key Account and Key Opinion Leader Management    

- Implement trial programs with Key Experts chosen from the Dental Academy Key Opinion Leader pool and create speakers/supporters for new products and solutions.   

- Join regular visits of the sales team and the Dental Academy to key accounts to collect first-hand feedback from customers for better market understanding.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Science or related majors

- Over 2-year experiences in product management in medical device, pharmaceutical or related products

- Good leadership and team-work spirit

- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capability

- Show strong self-initiative

- Excellent written and spoken English skill
