General Description:
Work as internal consultant, to develop and implement training eco-system in BeiGene to make our work force the most competitive and highly ranked in the China market.
Essential Functions of the job:
?Conduct organization diagnosis to identify the competency gap and training needs.
?Develop training eco-system and plans based on the needs to ensure the team is fully competent to achieve an excellent level of performance, including but not limited to core courses, advanced courses, etc.
?Implement training eco-system together with training consultants in routine courses and workshops.
?Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedbacks from attendees and supervisors to continuously improve eco-system effectiveness.
?Develop and monitor internal training consultants quality control process and TTT initiatives.
?Other works assigned by the supervisor.
职位要求：
Qualifications and Competencies:
?4-5 years sales training experience in MNC pharma company, with course design experience is a plus;
?1 year+ Sales management experience at DSM or higher level;
?Competitive spirit; Excellent team work spirit;
?Strong interpersonal skills;
?Quick learner;
?Well-developed planning skills;
?Strong communication skills;
?Able to work under pressure;
Can adapt to frequent travel.
