岗位职责:

-Taking role in defining and developing the continuous improvement principles and tools for HR functions, designing the governance model of process improvement initiatives;
-Developing the HR process catalogue and ensuring the related workflows and procedures are properly documented and up to date;
-Defining and continuously monitoring the process and service KPIs by analyzing and reporting related data and indicators;
-Conducting meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to define the pain points in current processes and designing solutions via process re-engineering tools and methodologies;
-Design HR online Process and make sure successfully implementation across system wide;
-Taking role in providing routine HR system maintenance support, including: system account management；security setting adjustment based on business demand；provide coordination among end users, IT and system vendors；collect bugs from end users and solve the problems with vendors。
-Taking role in supporting system development and change, including: gather new system or current system change demands from end users；evaluate solution of system development / change with IT and system vendors；lead UAT before deployment；provide communication with end users for the deployment of new enhancement；organize system training to end users；draft / upgrade system user manual and related support document。
-Lead to maintain HR data center, design reports to optimize HR reporting system to meet internal and external teams’ needs of HR data analysis, and also ensure HR data confidentiality;
-Support HR projects management and implementation.

任职资格:

-Bachelor in Human Resources, Project Management, Business or related; or equivalent education/experience
-5+ years related working experience in business environment
-A solid understanding of project management
-Proficient in MS tools, especially Excel and Word
-IT & HR knowledge preferred
