工作职责：

1、 主导事业部文化/培训的筹划及实施，拓展内外部资源，提升活动实施的质量

2、 作为对口部门的HRBP，支持部门进行人员的选、育、用、留工作；包含海外员工的管理

3、 与总部共享中心对接，统一协调事业部内相关工作，

4、 通过系统及数据化分析，为团队专项工作提供数据支持及建议

任职资格：

1、 全日制本科及以上学历，财经类专业优先

2、 3年以上HRBP工作经验，尤其在文化/培训板块上有热情，想法多执行强

3、 中英文沟通能力优秀，办公软件使用熟练，善于用数据说话

4、 主动敬业，务实细心，团队合作好
