1. Manufacturing systems
a. Prepare and support internal & external audit
b. Participate in local and global BMS (Business Management System) network
c. Inform the organization of new, changed or archived process, corporate and local documents that has impact on own organization
d. Support the local organization in creating new controlling or process documents in BMS
e. Support the local organization in process mind-set by striving towards having commonality in working procedures documented in BMS within plant/shop/regions
f. Coordinate document reviews in BMS so concerned parties get the possibility to give review comments
g. Be a part of the coordinator for local practicalities for 2nd & 3rd party audits
h. Be available to act as guide within the local organization during audits when needed
i. Report the status of Management System related issues to local management and/or global Management System expert
2. Homologation
a. Check that CoP control plan are available and confirm that required tests have been performed as planned
b. Inform and prepare the CoP audit and inform the plant about the CoP progress
c. Act as the contact person and participant in planning meetings (CoP audits, authorities and/or internal). Communicate information from external bodies to concerned in the plant.
d. Participate and be the plant speak *** in the CoP audits (authorities and/or internal)
e. Ensure that the production facility and concerned persons are available during CoP-authority audits, includes persons e.g. for disassemble cars for label inspections and to photograph cars
f. Schedule meetings with concerned persons and production tour during CoP audits
g. Ensure that requested cars for an audit are blocked when needed.
3. Documentation & Training
a. Secure all Global Information Standards (GIS) are implemented & maintained in the plant.
b. Offer trainings regarding BMS, GIS, VCMS-Q, ISO, CCC, COP.
c. Assist the local plant during the Annual File Review.
