About this opportunity

 

 

In this role, you will…

·         Lead internal and cross-functional teams in quality improvement efforts.

·         Ensure that appropriate inspection and test methods are in place.

·         Determine how quality data and information collected by Dr. can be used in the process to reduce our subjective error rates such as PPM, CCPS and CCmod ratio etc.

·         Identify and lead the implementation of continuous opportunities of improvement (process and/or quality) focused on exceeding customer needs.

·         Be involved in any Corporate or outside agency inspections relating to Quality Systems, if required. 

·         Implement systems for tracking quality data as appropriate, and make changes to the systems as necessary.

·         Responsible for identifying issues that need corrective action.

·         Responsible for working with appropriate staff (Supervisors, CAD Designers, Clinical) to investigate root causes, address the corrective action, and monitor results.

·         Responsible for verifying methodology used for individual CAD Designers quality performance measurement.

·         Responsible for ensuring that appropriate quality controls are in place in the process.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.
