2. 配合软装商务组对新项目进行报价编号；

    

3. 根据软装商务提供的《项目报价资料表》更新《报价书记录汇总表》

    

4. 每周五更新提交《项目总表》《临时项目总表》，并请香港总部软装项目秘书协助上传至公司内部系统

    

5. 公司内部系统日常管理

    

6. 每月 1 日、15 日更新发送《项目明细记录汇总表》《报价书记录汇总表》

    

7. 每月 1 日、15 日整理软装项目数据上报营运总监

    

8. 每月25日汇总商务当月实际回款、下月预计开票和回款及下月预计签约项目清单

    

9. 每月25日汇总采购当月实际支付货款及下月预计支付货款清单

    

10.记录并提交硬装项目转介事宜

    

11.协助营运总监梳理及优化软装部门工作流程

    

12.软装报表数据统计汇总

1. 大专及以上学历
2. 有责任心，很好的沟通、组织及协调能力，对数字比较敏感，思路清晰，成熟稳重，抗压能力强。
3. 做事严谨、细致，服务意识强，反应快，沟通协调能力较强
