Job Title:  Officer-Customer Services, Logistics

Report to:  Warehouse Operations Manager

Location:   Lingang Warehouse

Job Duties:

• To be responsible for arranging the in-bound and out-bound shipment according to client’s daily enquiry;
• To be actively handle the client’s various enquiry and actively respond to the client’s needs in a timely manner;
• To be proactive in looking for and solving problems of existing work processes and continuously improve service quality to meet the client’s needs;

• Responsible for operation monitor, complaints handling, and follow-up implementation;

• To keep the operation system updated to ensure data accuracy and prepare the relevant report in good order;
• To liaise and co-ordinate with carriers, customers, supplier and warehouse operators to ensure smooth delivery of shipments and trouble shoot shipment issues if any;
• To complete all the billing and invoicing on time;
• To identify the potentials and drive new business from the existing clients;

• To produce and improve existing SOP according to the project, improve management processes such as warehousing and distribution, implement monitoring and management;

• To perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

        

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3-years’ experience in warehousing & import, especially relevant working experience in Warehousing/Customer Services
• Good inter-personal, problem-solving and team-work skills
• Fair in English speaking and writing skills
• Skilled in MS office & email
• Colleague degree or above
