Job Responsibilities & Key Functions

1.Responsible for for equipment/fixture/assembly line/indirect material purchasing accordingly to company regulation, Negotiate the price and contract with supplier to get the best purchasing conditions
2.Cooperative with relevant department for indirect material ordering, monitoring on time delivery, Work with engineer/supplier to specify specification and participate the selection of specification type
3.Familiar with market situation, collecting periodically market information to avoid cost increasing
4.Selecting qualified supplier and auditing periodically, Optimize the procedure and work with engineer to ensure the successful completion of purchasing activities
5.Manage supplier and drive continues supplier performance improvement to establish long-term relationship
6.Finishing other tasks which supervisor assigned.

Main Specifications (skills and experiences required)

1. Bachelor degree (Major in in Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
2. 5 years’ work experience, At least 2 years of sourcing experience in machining parts or equipment, be familiar with manufacturing process and equipment;
3. Experience of project management and quality management system is preferred;
4. Good command of English is preferred, be good at office/ ERP software;
5. Strong commercial and negotiation skill needed to satisfy business demand.
