Overall Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

    

 

    

·         Collate sales data and prepare various reports

    

·         Effective communications between office and Stores for coordination of operational activities

    

·         Create and uphold all guidelines / directions such as stock take procedures, staff grooming standards, visual merchandising guideline, customer complaint handling procedures etc.

    

·         Ensure all qualitative standard in stores are being met, while exceeding customer service standards

    

·         Carry out routine maintenance and housekeeping requirements as well as ensuring shop security

    

·         Follow up on store improvement work; monitor, order and replenish packaging and other marketing materials

    

·         Process and monitor deposits / credit note / gift certificates / vouchers

    

·         Manage and maintain VM props and displays

    

·         Manage staff purchase and staff consignment procedures

    

·         Assist in stock replenishment, Coordinate logistics, shipments and aftersales operations

    

·         Consolidate and update of roster and staff leave management

    

·         Store visits will be required

Requirements:

    

·         Bachelor degree

    

·         A couple of years of relevant experience, preferably within the fashion  apparel retail industry

    

·         Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills

    

·         Result driven in handling tasks

    

·         Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player

    

·         Excellent communication skills in English, and Mandarin

    

·         Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS office
