This role will directly report to Head of OD & Talent Management for Fonterra Great China, with capability to independently (or fast learning capability to) diagnosis, design & delivery of in-house OD/talent/change projects to support business growth, with the enablement from line manager, global and external vendors.

The potential projects typically related to:

• Competency modelling and capability enhancement
• Talent assessment and development
• Management trainee program
• Training program design and delivery
• New team assimilation
• Culture and engagement initiatives
• Leadership capability
• Talent management cycle
• Employer branding initiatives

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor or above, and from well-known university
• English: Excellent on both oral and writing
• PPT, Excel & Word skill: Excellent
• High learning agility
• Well-organized and logical thinking
• Previous OD project experience is a plus
• Result driven and detail oriented
• Project management skill, end to end delivery of solutions
