KEY RESPONSIBILITIES    

• Conduct research on ICR market conditions to identify direction, trends and opportunities.
• Develop strategies, plans, priorities, focus and business guideline for Gov. to maximize sales into that industry across multiple product lines.
• Identify, develop and secure business opportunities for the long-term or for the special programs through different channels. Build and maintain the partnership with related associations and organizations.
• Implement marketing program plan, conduct market promotion activities, and cooperate with sales team and other stakeholders to generate demands, enhance brand awareness and increase the influence in the industry.
• Cooperate with Marcom team to formulate marketing program's strategy and plan.
• Cooperate with PM team to promote products/solutions for Gov. to Chinese target customers by all kinds of ways.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BS/MS degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies:

• Familiar with related industrial field Gov, especially for the experience of testing related role.
• Marketing knowledge and background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, good judgement and general understanding of the business.
• Proven ability on analytical & logical thinking and creativity.

Experience:

• 8+ years working experience in corresponding industry and field.

Language:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
