职位描述

Develop the DTC (direct to consumer) Ecommerce strategy, both to maximize the sales and to increase online Brand awareness. Create specific initiatives to achieve sales targets based on marketing calendar and changing business needs. Manage content creation for regular site refreshes. Manage marketing programs application. Manage daily operations, distributor/TP management, promotion plan, stock management, demand planning & new channel studies and development.

E-COMMERCE SALES AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

？ Achieve sales target with close cooperation with brand marketing team, and service venders, eg. TP.

？Make respective channel Strategy in terms of product portfolio and differentiation, consumer approach and animation plan, leveraging all kinds of resources to deliver sales achievement.

？Make ecommerce sales plan (promotion mechanism, special offers, communication angle…) in line with local marketing plan, competitors benchmark and local market needs.

？Work closely with internal crossfunction team to continuously improve channel performance and achieve stage objective.

？ Work with regional digital and eCommerce team to ensure smooth running of brand site communications.

？ Manage brand Mini program business by keep exploring business opportunities riding on market

E-COMMERCE LOCAL OPERATIONS

？Manage channel database and optimize daily operations based on data analysis including but not limited to sales trend, traffic, conversion, AOV, competitor status and activity.

？Update rolling sales forecast by SKU, in particular new launches, samples and promotional items (GWP…) based on stock and sales trend.

？ Manage channel stock based on historical performance and business projection on SKU level.

？ Responsible for orders and products deliveries to TP/EC platform warehouse.

？ Communicate with the platform purchase manager and strive for more resources and traffic support

E-COMMERCE INNOVATIONS

Base on brand private domain, initiate innovations to drive DTC business.

要求：

1. 5+ years working experience in e-commerce operation, especially related to brand site or social commerce.

2. Strong background in search engine marketing and analytics.

3. Digital / social marketing experience will be a strong plus

4. Strong customer focus and knowledge in business.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment

6. Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently

7. Bachelor degree above in relevant major
