This is a Senior Procurement Engineer role, reporting to Service Team Leader in Business Area – Robotics & Discrete Automation, Service & Digital Platform located in Shanghai and Xiamen, China.

- Preparing and following up purchasing order according to PR, and ensure materials on-time delivery from internal/external vendors.
- Coordinating with PDP, vendors and related Dept. to solve defective parts problem timely to keep the spare part availability in stock, dealing with material NCR issues cooperating with Sourcing team.
- Managing supplier OTD statistics, involving in supplier’s performance assessment and improvement, collaborating closely with global purchasing group in after-sales, Sweden (SEABS).
- Closely collaborating with purchasing group in CNAUS PDP to achieve a more efficient purchasing in Robotics, collaborating daily with our order handler when it comes to stock situation, delivery times, etc.
- Arranging the transportation to global distribution center for the parts produced in CNAUS PDP, arranging special global logistics transfer from vendors to customer according to requirements, arranging the transportation for testing parts and reverse logistics.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in international trading or related major.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Should be familiar with import/export transportation & clearance procedure.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing).
- Must have good interpersonal communications skill, good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel).
- Adaptable to work under time pressure.
