Role and responsibilities

1. Process timely and accurately Journal Entries including accruals, provisions and defer revenue, etc.;

2. Coordinate with all sub-ledger function team and preparing standardization for whole TB, ensure accuracy for each account under PRC/US GAAP;

3. Conduct monthly closing in Axapta and reporting processes in CPM efficiently with high quality;

4. Prepare monthly account reconciliation for all balance sheets accounts;

5. Coordinate with APAC local team and conduct monthly forecasting processes efficiently with high quality;

6. Complete all tax related work including CIT, VAT, DTA, etc.; In charge of monthly tax return, follow up preferential policy application;

7. Assist Controller for all financial audits, including both internal & external audits;

8. Assist to develop internal controls, policies, processes and carry out the control processes to meet SOX requirement.

9. Assisting manager to complete ad hoc project; to solve ad hoc problems

Skills required

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant major; CPA or other accounting certificate preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in multi-national companies, with at least 2 years of GL experience; Audit firm experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of PRC/US GAAP and local tax regulations;
• Fluent in English, both written and speaking;
• Excellent computer skills (ERP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Well communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team work spirit;
• Could work under pressure and self-motivated;
• Creative thinking, proactive, passionate, results orientated, ambitious professional, who is keen to progress within the organization.
