?Provide medical advice on key broad market activities or key issues related with the product.
?Evaluate and review broad market external clinical study proposal on its scientific soundness.
?Grow proactively local data/knowledge for product development and clinical practice.
?Design and implement the medical scientific educational programs for regional professionals/policy makers/payers.
?Obtain advices/insights from regional professionals/policy makers/payers for broad market strategy optimization.
?Align with cross functions including medical and marketing to ensure brand strategy implementation in broad market.
?Provide trainings for field commercial team.

?Minimum 3 years of medical affairs or regional marketing experience. Oncology or Hematology background preferred.
?Soft skills: good project execution capability, good communication skills and customer focus, proactive planning and result oriented, with good teamwork. learning and self-training ability
