Job Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following

工作职责：该职位包括但不仅限于以下职责：

1. Collect apparel QCs PPM/inline/final inspection reports and upload the data into the inspection rate form accordingly. 收集各QC的验货报告，然后将报告结果更新到验货率表格中。

2. Collect defect demo samples sent by QCs from the factories and deliver to HQ/SHO PD/MD teams accordingly. Send back those samples to the factory once upon being reviewed. 将各QC 从工厂寄来的样品交个上海或者总部有关部门审阅，然后寄回相应的工厂。

3. Get fabric inspection documents and samples from MD team and send to QCs in the factory accordingly. 将面料部交个的验货资料寄送去工厂以供QC验货。

4. At bulk production season beginning, download all Tech Packs from PLM as well as Contract Specifications from 1C Buying system for apparel QCs' inspection.在每季度开始时，从PLM及IC系统下载有关验货制单及合同供各QC 验货用。

5. Collect PPM/inline/final inspection reports from QCs and update the data to 1C system. 将各QC的验货报告的结果更新到 IC 系统中。

6. Collect claim reports from QCs and upload to IC system. 收集各QC的验货中开出的罚单并更新记录到 1C系统中。

7. Make the fabric inspection report list and send to accounting dept. 将面料验货报告的结果的清单发给财务部。

8. Collect the Factory Evaluation reports from QCs and update the FE global tracking report on the share drive. 将QC交给的验厂报告的结果更新到相关总表中。

9. Update the seasonal GS Certified QC inspection report status and send to the relevant PM and QC in the HQ on weekly basis.每周将供应商授权QC的验货结果发送给总部PM。

10. Collect the business trip expense report and submit to accounting dept 每周一次收集部门各同事的出差费用报告，然后交给财务部。

11. Assist quality section manager to make various reports including quality team monthly report, end-of-season analysis reports, etc. 协助质量部经理制作所需的各种报告，例如 包括每月质量报告等。

12. Other works assigned by Quality Section Manager 质量部经理交给的其他工作。

Qualifications: 资质：

1. Language Abilities 语言要求 ：English Cet 6 or above 英语6级或以上

2. Computer Skills 电脑技能: Experienced in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, ppt, etc.) 精通word,excel，ppt 等

3. Working Experience工作经验要求: 3 years or more 3年或以上

4. Education & Training 教育 & 培训水平: Administration related 行政相关
