岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：

1、使用各种招聘渠道搜寻简历，对简历进行分类、筛选；

Use various recruitment channels to search for resumes, classify and filter resumes;

2、与候选人进行意向沟通，协助安排初试、复试、终试等招聘环节，跟进面试、录用及入职准备及协调工作；

Communicate with candidates about their intentions, assist to arrange the first interview, second interview and final interview, and follow up the preparation and coordination of interview, employment and entry preparation;

3、负责招聘广告的撰写和发布，招聘网站的维护和更新；

Responsible for writing and publishing recruitment advertisements, maintaining and updating recruitment websites;

4、对汽车行业相关招聘渠道进行调研与分析；

Investigate and analyze related recruitment channels in the automotive industry;

5、协助上级拟定需求岗位的岗位说明书；

Assist the superior to develop job descriptions for the required positions;

6、定期汇总、分析招聘相关数据，整理数据报告；

Regularly summarize and analyze recruitment-related data, and organize data reports;

7、整理招聘相关标准化流程及模板；

Organize recruitment-related standardized processes and templates;

8、建立和更新人才储备库，定期对简历库中的潜在候选人进行跟踪回顾，判断意向并寻求推荐；

Establish and update the talent pool, regularly track and review the potential candidates in the talent pool, judge the intention and seek recommendations;

9、收集、整理目标人才市场的人力资源状况，跟踪同行业人才动态，吸引优秀人才；

Collect and organize the human resource status of the target talent market, track the talent trends in the same industry, and attract outstanding talents;

10、完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management or related;

2、1年以上招聘相关工作经验；

More than 1 year of recruitment related work experience;

3、英语听说读写熟练，能作为工作语言；

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can be used as a working language;

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力、亲和力、学习能力；

Have good communication and coordination ability, stress resistance ability, affinity and learning ability;

5、具有良好的结果导向意识与团队合作意识；

Have a good sense of results-oriented and teamwork;

6、熟练操作Excel和Word等使用相关办公软件；

Familiar with Excel, Word and other related office software;

7、能够接受国内外出差。

Able to accept business trips at home and abroad.
