This is a Junior GL accountant position required by our client who is a famouse retail company located near Zhongshan Park. The person should be responsible for monthly closing activities and tax filing documents preparation.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Be responsible for tax related accounting, including VAT, surcharges.
2. Assist team leader on monthly closing, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate financial report in compliance with both Group and statutory requirements;
3. Assist in store closing process, etc. FA write off, prepare document for store closing process, export voucher from system, check supporting documents
4. Provide continuous support to team leader in setting up control mechanism on various internal controls processes.
5. Other ad hoc projects where necessary.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects. 

REQUIREMENTS

1. 1-2 years working experience in Finance function, with good performance appraisal.  
2. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
3. Knowledge of Accounting, tax.
4. Experience with Financial/Accounting process improvement is a plus.
5. Advanced PC skill (especially in Excel)
6. Familiar with accounting software
