You will be responsible for preparing process documents and tooling design procurement, being responsible for new product process technology development, planning and production layout and you will also be responsible for production technical support and process quality continuous improvement.

This is an AME Engineer role, reporting to Operations Manager in Business Area – Motion, Motors & Generators located in Shanghai, China.

- Preparing SOP and process quality control documents and ensuring that can be effectively implemented in production practice.
- Preparing the tooling or equipment required for the new product within the specified time. On the premise of ensuring the safety of operation, the existing tooling structure is constantly optimized to increase versatility, reducing cost, optimizing ergonomics and improving work efficiency.
- Being responsible for new products process technology development, process planning and production line design, and preparing effective process documents (such as instructions, PFMEA, QCP, etc.).
- Leading the solution of process quality or technical problems on site, resuming production as soon as possible, and ensuring delivery, correctly using quality analysis tool (DMAIC), and making effective improvement solution.
- Being able to correctly understand and use PDCA, lean production and six sigma and other continuous improvement tools to improve process capability, reducing waste and improve output in the responsible area.
- Providing technical support for some other departments like front-end sales, customer complaints, supply chain and project management.

- Must be a 2020 graduate with bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or related engineering.
- Good communication skills.
- Good skill in English reading and writing, fluent oral English preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong self-learning ability and sharing.
