职位描述

Main Responsibility Areas：

· Response for the whole T&E process management including the detail voucher check, payment arrangement, problem tracking.

· T&E expense control including the regular and un-regular analysis reports preparation, budget vs actual expense tracking, special over standard spending tracking.

· T&E related accounting posting and adjustment if need to make sure the accuracy.

· T&E system maintain, intern work coordinate and document filing organization

Other tasks assigned to support the team works.

Needed Competencies：

· Strong finance knowledge and be familiar with both PRC and IFRS

· Solid knowledge on accounting operation and compliance. Retail/Consumer product industry preferred.

· Highly integrity, be in initiative, positive and detail working attitude.

· Strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure.

· Good command of English

· Good communication skills

· More than 2 years related working experience in accounting (retail industry preferred), familiar with whole accounting works and process

· Experiences of working in foreign invested company /JV /multi-national company is preferred.

· Team work, highly motivation and positively

· Detail and sensitive with the figures.
