职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责公司产品软件项目售后实施全过程管理协调工作；
2. 项目需求分析，业务及系统解决方案编写；
3. 负责项目成本、质量以及过程的管理，组织项目会议，跟进项目进度、协调开发资源、完成各节点汇报、项目复盘等工作内容；
4.定期跟踪和汇报纳入跟踪的项目进展,并负责跟踪项目的风险识别；
5. 负责部分相似项目技术售前支持工作；
任职资格：
1. 计算机、机械等专业，本科以上学历；
2. 有软件研发设计背景，3年以上软件项目管理或过程改进经验，了解PDM,图文档业务优先；
3. 具备独立编制整体解决方案能力，文档编写能力优良；
4. 具备良好的项目管理能力和能够管控项目进度、项目质量等；
5. 较强的团队沟通和协调能力，独立的判断和决策能力，风险识别处理能力；
6. 优秀的抽象能力、沟通表达能力、灵活的说服能力、优秀的展示能力；
7. 具有抗压能力，工作责任心、积极性，适应项目必要出差
