岗位职责:

1、 较强的业务开发能力，能独立完成客户挖掘、跟进、结案工作

2、熟练运用招商相关文件及条款

3、负责购物中心及所有代理物业招商工作

4、拜访品牌拓展负责人，维护与品牌商家的良好关系

5、定期调研并整理项目所在地零售商业市场报告

6、执行部门董事或者公司管理层下达的其他任务

岗位要求:

1、大专及以上学历，1年及以上工作经验

2、对商业地产行业有浓厚兴趣及一定认识；致力于将商业地产及零售招商作为未来发展方向

3、对购物中心某类特定业态有一定认识，熟悉招商流程，具有成功招商客户的过往经验

4、熟悉市场调研，市场洞察力强，具备数据采集及分析能力

5、熟练掌握office 系统操作，熟悉word、excel及PPT，有一定的文笔功底

6、主动性强，富有责任心；良好的人际沟通、交往及谈判能力；拥有良好的团队协作能力
