职位描述
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，统计、经济学、数据类相关专业优先；
2、熟练使用Office办公软件, 尤其Excel；熟练使用SQL；熟悉一种或几种数据处理或分析工具：R，Python，SPSS 等；
3、具备优秀的项目规划和项目管理能力；
4、良好的结构化分析与逻辑化表达能力、沟通能力和协调推进能力。
岗位描述：
1、负责业务部门的数据支持、分析；
2、根据数据提炼关键性指标，根据指标表现提出对业务运行指导性建议 ；
3、根据业务需求搭建数据分析模型，推动日常数据建设，持续进行优化和提升；
4、负责针对不同专项课题进行分析和研究，产出分析报告和策略；
5、负责建立数据监控体系，及时准确识别异常事件，予以监控追踪。
