职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Manage the day to day operations in Shenyang as well as in the Northeast, including warehousing and transportation.
2. Enhance and improve the team capability by setting and achieving high KPI.
3. Ensure all SOP’s are reviewed on a rolling basis and SOP documentation reflects activity in the operation process.
4. Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements, to ensure safety to staff, the community and the environment.
5. Develop and maintain good customer relations.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and operate with budget constraint. Responsible for budget result and local P&L.
7. Support new project implementation.
8. Collect market information and set up BD plan.
9. Own and follow up local BD pipeline.
Qualifications:
Education: College degree or above.
Working Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in logistics industry (3PL is preferred), and minimum 8 years total work experience..
Skills:
1. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
2. Proven communication and interpersonal skills and track record of managing an operational team.
3. Good financial analysis ability and sense of P&L.
4. Good written English and oral English is preferred.
5. Familiar with the local market of warehousing and transportation.
Knowledge:
1. Warehousing and transportation operation knowledge.
2. Warehouse management system knowledge.
3. Strong warehouse and transportation solution knowledge.
4. Solid Environmental, Health and Safety knowledge.
5. Solid project management knowledge.
6. Characteristic to lead.
