His/her main responsibilities are:

- Monitor IT Infrastructure services such as Data Center facilities, Server Performance, Network, Telecom, Messaging, Central ETL and security etc. to ensure efficiency, anticipate risks and avoid failures

- Troubleshoot issues/outages and lead IT service recovery

- Design the to-be infrastructure architecture based on the business direction, industry trend

- Provide service reporting and performance metrics of IT infrastructure operational status

- Searching new technologies and alternative methods for better end user experience

- Implement Service Improvement Plans for existing IT infrastructure against industry best practice, identify candidates for decommissioning

- Request fulfillment including new accounts set-up and Active Directory administration

- Support IT projects for infrastructure delivery

- Familiar with ITIL framework and lead IT process improvement

- Ensure IT systems are secure and protected from attacks, breach or viruses

- Develop and deliver IT trainings for end user

任职要求：

Education: Computer Science related major

Working Experience: over 5 years

Skill: 

- Proven experiences as a System Administrator or similar role

- Strong Server skill on Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2008 or higher version, VMware, DHCP and DNS

- Significant knowledge in Data Centre facilities, System Administration and Backup Recovery

- NetApp experience is a plus

- Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) experience would be preferred

- O365 administration experience including Azure Active Directory would be preferred

- Microsoft Exchange Server and Active Directory experience would be preferred

- Ali cloud or Huawei cloud experience is a plus

- IT security experience is a plus; Linux and Network experience is a plus

- SAP basis experience is a plus; SolarWinds experience is a plus

- Experience with IT Major Incident Management including Business Continuity Management

- Proven project management experiences and leadership skills in a matrix organization is a must

- Customer satisfaction mindset with good interpersonal skills and presentation skills is a must

- High-level problem-solving skills is a must, Ability to multitask in stressful situations is a must

- Self-motivated manner, proactive and energetic
