Job Purpose:

The APAC FP&A Manager will support the FP&A Director in: (1) develop a robust process in financial planning & analysis and reporting of monthly performance, weekly forecast, annual budget and long term strategic planning; (2) provide detailed analysis and insights of the APAC Division financial KPI; (3) build KPI dashboard to track & measure the APAC Division financial performance including a balanced risks and opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITY    

•  Work closely with Sub-region and Country leadership team in developing a robust order & sales pipeline, monthly forecasts and a balanced risks and opportunities;

•  Develop new dashboard to track weekly financial performance  against forecast and provide indication and actions to mitigate potential misses and capture upsides

•  Assist in driving the sub-regional leadership team to deliver financial (KPIs including Order, Sales, Gross Margin, Cash & EBIT) insight to improve business performance and efficiency

•  Develop contingency and scenario planning in addition to the monthly forecast as well as financial modelling for new product launch or new market

•  Collaborate with regional leadership team to streamline, simplify and automate the FP&A reporting process to enable focus on detailed financial analysis and drive forward actions to improve the Division performance

• Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews with the individual entities within APAC and assess P&L and CFOA impacts including drive actions to mitigate the negative financial risks

• Special projects management based on business requirement.

•  Cultivate strong working relationships within APAC team and all relevant regional cross functional teams within the Group

• Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-8 years of experience with multi-national company in the capacity of FP&A, experience from manufacturing environment is a plus

•  BS in Accounting or Finance. CA or CPA is a plus

• Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting/tax obligations

• Sound business acumen and quantitative & analytical skills with a good detail orientation

• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

• Execution focused, ability to set and meet aggressive goals and objectives

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated success in a project leadership role, with the strong ability to influence key stakeholders

• Change agent and embrace process changes

• Experience with Microsoft AX and HFM is a plus
