职位描述：
1、负责新产品APP的UI设计与风格迭代；
2、日常推进APP产品的设计细节，不断优化交互体验；
3、遵循并完善设计规范，保持产品视觉风格一致性；
4、参与产品迭代讨论，深入理解用户行为，提供高品质的用户体验。
任职资格：
1、请提供个人设计作品集/网站；
2、设计相关专业本科及以上毕业者优先；
3、有社交社区/资讯/相机相关APP产品设计经验优先；
4、能独立进行产品功能设计，有成熟的上线作品者优先；
5、掌握Sketch、PS、AI、AE、principle等软件输出设计及动效细节；
6、能较好地平衡产品与设计需求，重视设计作品的数据反馈。
