Under the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager and F&B Director - China, the Human Resources Manager will plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor and employee relations, recruitment, training, social insurance, as well as recommending, implementing, assist in planning, controlling, coordinating and participating company staff training. Formulating and executing company policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.
