职位描述

Summary

  1. Service marketing manager is mainly responsible for maintaining the service market, developing new service products and making pricing strategies, promoting the market expansion of service products, designing various user activities to enhance customers' cognition of services, and maintaining customers' loyalty and stickiness.
  2. This position requires an understanding of the industry market of radiotherapy or imaging medical equipment, senior experience in after-sales service marketing of medical equipment, rich marketing knowledge and strong market innovation spirit.

Major Responsibility

  1. Responsible for the optimization of existing after-sales service product categories, service content and pricing policies.
  2. Innovatively develop new solutions for service products (within or across service categories) and formulate relevant pricing strategies according to business and market demands.
  3. Study market trends and customer demands, created value based on customer insights, formed service product portfolio, and continuously optimized service products based on market feedback.
  4. Promoted market development of various service products, formulated market development strategies and implementation plans.Identify the value proposition of service assets, identify service delivery, and go-to-market strategy.
  5. Maintain customer relationship in the after-sales service market, design various customer activities, and enhance customers' cognition, loyalty and stickiness to the service.Assist in promoting service sales, marketing activities and necessary support participation.
  6. Coordinate the transfer of service category knowledge between mature and developing markets for professional services.
  7. Apply best practices and/or industry-common approaches to solution lifecycle management for professional services.

Qualifications

  1. Master degree and at least 5 years of relevant medical equipment after-sales service solution business experience.
  2. Be able to collect and analyze market information, and have strong ability to combine, construct, analyze content and classify complex service assets.
  3. Work with internal service sales team and other service teams to determine sustainable service development model and execution delivery.
  4. Able to lead cross-departmental marketing cooperation projects, and have good ability in professional service products and service life cycle management.
  5. Experience in product marketing and consulting is preferred.
  6. Good self-management ability, integrity, diligence and dedication.
  7. Able to work under high pressure.
  8. Proficient in Office software.
  9. Fluent in Chinese and English.
  10. Business trip frequency: about 30-50%.
