Service Coordinator(Spare Parts) 备件专员

Location: Shanghai

Education: College degree or above

Reporting to: Regional Service Manager

Salary Negotiable

Main Job Duties:

-To take charge of all affairs with regards to spare parts selling and handling, incl. taking care of inquiries from customer, sending inquiries to overseas suppliers, making RMB offer, contracting, arranging delivery, handling import customs-clearance, collecting payment from customers and arrange payment to suppliers etc.

-To liaise amongst overseas suppliers, German headquarter, internal sales/service team and end-customers with regard to spare parts selling

-To attend duties at exhibitions or seminars when required

-To serve the Sales and Service team in Shanghai

-To perform secretarial work for the entire division.

-To assist Service Manager on administrative works.

Requirement:

- Good Command of Oral and Written English

- Relevant product & industry knowledge

- 2-3 years working experience in industry & machinery field, at least 1 year working experience in sales or marketing field.

- Excellent new graduates who live near our company can be accept

- International trade, mechatronics or similar majors.

- College degree or above
