职位描述

To support our ongoing transformation to become more people-centered, more digital, and more productive, we are looking for a highly motivated, curious, and driven self-starter.

We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of learning, sharing, and growing as one organization. Somebody who is creative in finding or developing own solutions, courageous to try out new things and does not shy away from change. 

The ideal candidate is digitally-savvy, has experience with LMSs, MOOCs, training content creation and execution. 

 

Reporting to Head of Strategic HR based in Shanghai 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Design learning journeys & development initiatives across teams and levels  

  • Support and execute training initiatives, employee engagement activities and the cultural development of Fiducia 

  • Review & recommend external coaches and trainers 

  • Act as “go-to-person” for business leaders and services managers regarding learning needs and initiatives 

  • “Own”, manage and maintain internal e-learning platform. Create, sources new content, enroll and evaluate learners, propose recommendations and follow-up.  

  • Drive Hi-Performer (Sponsor) program & share best practices 

  • Promote Fiducia values, internal networking, and collaboration 

  • Co-create and implement employee engagement and talent retention strategies 

 
 

We are looking for: 

  • Collaborative, creative, and proactive people-person 

  • Good organization, structure, and project management skills 

  • Ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction, influence, and leadership 

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills 

  • Good facilitation skills, at least 2 years of training delivery 

  • Familiar with latest HR and e-learning technologies 

  • Professional language abilities in English & Chinese 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology, business, and/or related business experience 

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in diverse work environment
