The Role

Veeva China SFA is a world-class CRM product designed for life sciences in Chinese market. As a technical writer in China SFA team, you will be responsible for establishing the documentation process, and work together with the product teams to write documents including configuration manual, release notes, etc.   

What You’ll Do

● Take ownership of documentation for Veeva China SFA product. 

● Establish the documentation process and improve documentation quality. 

● Document new features at each release cycle. This requires working with product managers to understand feature details, writing new content, and ensuring that the documentation is thoroughly reviewed.

● Review existing documentation and come up with enhancement.

Requirements

● Proven experience of technical writing in a similar role.

● Knowledge of the software development process and cloud software applications.

● Ability to quickly understand business requirements and create corresponding documentation.

● Excellent written communication and research skills.

● Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-faced environment

● Ability to be self-directed and working independently.

?  Bachelor’s Degree or above.

Nice to Have

? Knowledge of CRM and SaaS is a plus.
