工作职责:

1.对工程项目的招投标、设备材料采购定价、工程合同、合同执行、项目成本控制、资金管理、财务控制等关键业务进行审计，针对存在的问题提出审计意见和改进建议，形成审计报告；

2.对建筑工程材料质量、施工质量和工程建设进度进行现场抽查监督，对工程签证、验收情况、工程款支付情况等进行抽查审计，对发现的问题与相关人员沟通，提出审计意见，形成审计报告；

3.根据公司审计计划，对指定项目开展专修审计工作；

4.完成部门领导交办的其他事项。

任职资格:

1. 工程类大学本科或以上学历，具备工程师中级职称或有注册类工程师资格者优先；

2.熟悉房地产公司运作,了解施工现场工艺及流程和风险点，具有5年以上工程项目审计工作经验者优先；

3. 掌握建筑工程招投标、设计、施工、验收、结算和成本分析等专业知识，熟悉建筑经济合同和相关法律法规；

4. 较强的沟通协调能力，良好的逻辑思维和分析判断能力，能熟练使用办公软件。
