职位描述

-  Serve as the main telephone operator to handle incoming telephone calls.

总机电话的接听与转接。

- Provide professional reception manner to customers & guests.

到访客户接待安排。

- Book hotel rooms, air tickets, railway tickets for internal and external customers.

为员工及来访客人预订酒店、机票及火车票。

- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data key-in, copying，mailing and scanning .

   文件数据输入系统，打印、复印文档，收发信件、快递等。

- Check mailing expense details and process payment procedure.

核对快递费用明细并完成付款申请流程。

- Be responsible for purchasing, distributing and recording office stationary, office facilities, cleaning stuff, etc.

负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记。

- Maintain office equipment and office environment.

维护良好的办公设备、设施及办公环境。

- Maintain staff attendance record and access system.

考勤、门禁登记及考勤统计。

- Supplier management and cost control of office supplies.

供应商管理及办公用品的成本控制。

- Assist in interview arrangement and staff recruitment circle.

协助招聘面试通知及面试接待、安排。

- Other office admin and HR related affairs as assigned.

其它交办的办公行政及人事相关事务。

Requirements

任职资格

- Junior College diploma or above.

专科及以上学历。

- Good English reading and writing ability.

良好的中英文表达能力。

- Considerate, patient, willing to learn, responsible and good service attitude.

细致、耐心、乐于学习、有责任心而且有良好的服务意识。

- Possess basic computer knowledge.

具备基本的计算机应用能力。
