Responsibilities:        

1 Support Business Develoment team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating Aspire Core Values.

2 Drive client communications with their clients, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients’ expectations.

3 Meet accounts billing schedule and accounts receivable targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly and within agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.

4 Provide regular analytics to the key account and ensure that the regular account reviews are completed

5 Act as an extension of the client organization within Aspire for all activities and escalations and coordinating all resources necessary to resolve issues and promote success.

6 Ensure that all Aspire products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by clients

7 Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner.

8 Implementation on operational related procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

9  Other duties, as assigned such as supporting marketing related work

Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years’ experiences of account management or sales support experience

·         Strong in MS offices especially PPT and Excel or other analytical tools

·         Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment.

·         Experience of working in international company to manage accounts or sales support related

·         Banking work experience is preferred

·         Marketing related work experience is a plus

·         Strong coordination skills and communication skills
