 Specific Responsibility:

1-    Be responsible for prefab new products development

2-    Provide design input and create mechanical structure system with right technical solution, improve product reliability and meet specification

3-    Technically lead to create 3D/2D models, specifications and other technical documents for new products, subsystem and components

4-    Create reliability / design test plans for each new product design requirements, lead qualification and reliability testing on sub systems and components, support testing activities in internal lab, supplier’s lab or 3rd party lab

5-    Work with factory manufacture process team to build up assembly capacity to new products

6-    Lead and follow up the whole process and push new product development to launch it on market within time, cost and quality target

7-    Work with cross functional team including Validation, Sourcing and Manufacture team, installation team to achieve the product goals

8-    Create cost analysis, risk assessment, design FMEA and testing reports

9-    Drive quality continuous improvement and product cost reduction

     Major Requirement:

1-    Bachelor degree or above with mechanical background is preferred

2-    At least working experience for 8 years in prefabricated bathroom

3-    Experienced to use Pro/e, AutoCAD software to create 3D/2D models about product system.

4-    Good English reading, writing is preferred

Relationships and Contacts:

Supervisory Relationships:  Directly report to Dir-Engineering, China, Regional Category

Organization Relationships: Frequent contact with Factory, Purchasing, Quality, Mkt. (China & AP), Supply Chain, KTS. External contacts with Suppliers
