Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :

1. To assist Sales Manager to achieve company targets and needs set for China.

2. To communicate with dealers and report their needs to company.

Key Result Areas:

- Develop & execute account plan to achieve market penetration, revenue, profitability and brand positioning targets.

- Develop and manage the trade relationships for the wholesales business.

- Execute the account / channel management focusing on the responsible accounts

- Account plans updated with the intelligence on sell-thorough, velocity and inventory.

- Monthly and seasonal booking targets achieved per plan.

- New accounts opportunities identified & developed.

- Accurate sales analysis (velocity, retail IPS, collection of competitors’ intelligence & recommendations to increase business)

Competency Requirements :

- 3年以上品牌市场拓展及客户维护工作经验，对客户选择、门店选址等有成熟见解（如有年轻休闲、潮牌、运动品牌及指定区域经验者更佳）

At least 3 years working experience in China distribution and customer relationship maintenance, be keen on the customer/store location selection

- 有丰富的休闲、潮牌、运动品牌客户资源，熟悉区域主流商场购物中心的招商业务负责人，对区域商场购物中心的发展有较成熟的见解。

Rich customer resource of Fashion, lifestyle, sports brands, familiar with main shopping mall leasing and be keen insights on the mall development in assigned area

- 良好的客户维护和开拓记录

Good customer relationship maintenance and develop capability

- 有良好的沟通技巧及能力、擅长谈判

Good command of communication and negotiation skill

- 具有项目管理经理和多任务完成的能力，

Effective project management and multi-functional tasks

- 能承受经常出差，自我驱动为导向
