Experience and Qualifications Required

·        Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.

·        Minimum 8 years working experience in IT industry preferably in multinational companies

·        Proven capability to manage a global network operation team or in a similar technology role

·        In depth understanding about ITIL based Incident/Problem/Change/Capacity management methodology

·        Proven experience in developing a team’s technical skillset in a technology organization

·        Proven experience in multi-culture communication in English environment and cross functional collaboration

·        Proven experience in optimizing technical operation support process, improving efficiency and reducing cost

·        Able to wok on Excel/PowerBI date analysis, analyze operational KPI and make smart decisions based on the data    

·        Able to work under pressure within a busy environment and effectively multi-tasking

·        Must be a self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

·        Must be flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities.

·        Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and vendor management skills

·        Good command of spoken and written English

Experience and Qualifications Desired

·        People management experience in an technology organization

·        Experience of managing Cisco routers and switches, Cisco Nexus and ACI data centre prouducts

·        Experience of managing Palo Alto firewall, F5 load balancer, Aruba wireless, Pulse Secure VPN.

·        Experience of managing Avaya voice device, BT IP Trade, Microsoft TEAMS, ZOOM and Polycom collaboration products

·        Experience of managing MPLS/VPLS VPN WAN network, Cloud connection and enterprise Internet  

·        Excellent understanding of network architecture, design and support

·        Professional qualifications against relevant technologies

·        Riverbed WAN optimization and SolarWinds network monitoring

·        Multinational company working experience
