Risk Management, enhance control environment and improve process flow.

岗位职责：

1.  Lead the risk management team to decide control process of the Group

2.  Coordinate with Group to ensure compliance of Group Policy

3.  Perform process testing in accordance with group CFFR (Carlsberg base of SOX) guidance and report CFFR result within required schedule.

4.  Assist in China SOX roll-out for Group’s China listed company

5. Conduct on daily basis the data collection and analysis, vouchering, sampling, documentation review, field visit and other necessary testing procedures.                                                                                                             

6. Coordinate Group Internal Audit team and local team on selected audit program.

7. Identify risks throughout business units and follow up action status on half yearly basis.

8. Follow up testing and audit findings.                                                                                                              

9. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time  

任职条件：

Working Experience:

- 6+ years’ solid working experience in Accounting/Finance/Audit/Business administration

- MNC/FMCG exposure a plus

- Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and auditing

- Audit experience in international accountancy firm is preferred but not a must

Other Skills:

-Good command of both written and spoken English

- Excellent PC skills in particular Excel & PowerPoint

- Experience in data management is preferred

- Good interpersonal and communication skill

- Optimistic and willing to take up extra workload

- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
