POSTION SUMMARY

• Repair, preventive maintenance and installation of PerkinElmer UV&IR&FL products at customer sites.
• Perform on-site training relative maintenance and basic operation of PerkinElmer UV&IR&FL products.
• Enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators.

                    

    

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    

·       Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and installation on all PerkinElmer UV&IR&FL products.

    

·       Perform on-site training relative to system service, maintenance, and basic operation of PerkinElmer UV&IR&FL products.

    

·       Build strong customer relationships with the continual focus on promoting the customer’s use of PerkinElmer UV&IR&FL products.

    

·       Manage spare parts inventory.

    

·       Follow up to ensure problems were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

    

·       Ensure that all documentation related is completed correctly and submitted on a timely basis.

    

·       Perform additional duties or work on projects as deemed necessary.

    

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    

Educational Qualifications:

    

·       A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical engineering, Electrical or Mechanical engineering, Chemistry and Physics or other related discipline.

    

Experience Qualifications:

    

·       Minimum 3 years practical experience in field service

    

·       Organization, planning and time management skills

    

·       Must be able to domestic travel at least 75% of time, including regular 3 to 5 days onsite visits

    

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Good verbal and written English skills
• Good PC skills including MS Office

            

·       Comfortable with wiring and pneumatics.

    

·       Familiar with mechanical systems.

在这次抗击新型冠状病毒疫情中，珀金埃尔默***时间加入抗击疫情的工作，开展医疗物资捐赠，目前已经向湖北、黑龙江、山东、河南等地赠送用于新冠病毒检测的全自动核酸提取构建系统及试剂，总价值超过1000万人民币。同时，珀金埃尔默的中国本土团队快速反应，***时间研发出可用于血液和各种呼吸道样本检测的新型冠状病毒（COVID-19）核酸检测试剂盒，并进入了中国国家药监局注册审批程序。
2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
2020年8月国际著名期刊《Nature Biotechnology》发表了关于全球获批新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒性能对比研究：珀金埃尔默研发的核酸检测试剂盒，以0.009copies/μL最低检测限（LoD）的显著优势排名全球***，为全球最灵敏新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒。
