职责描述：
1、发现并拓展新的或现有政府，金融行业客户资源；管理现有的合作伙伴，并开拓、培训新的合作伙伴，维护良好的客户关系 
2、与合作伙伴保持日常联络，以及时提供信息；参与合作伙伴的市场活动 
3、达成销售业绩，让客户满意；直接或通过合作伙伴与客户的IT主管人或决策人建立良好、稳固的关系 
4、将公司的业务、价值及优势有效地介绍给客户 
5、协调售前工程师为客户做产品介绍及测试 
6、能够独立工作并及时汇报进展 
7、对公司产品及竞争对手有基本的了解

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，通信、计算机、电子等相关专业 
2、在IT行业有7年以上大公司成功的直接销售经验 
3、有相关渠道销售经验优先 
4、良好的建立关系及销售能力 
5、良好的谈判技巧及解决冲突的能力 
6、有紧迫感，以结果为导向 
7、良好的自我管理能力，良好的判断及分析能力 
8、为人成熟、专业，具有良好的服务意识 
9、良好的书面及口头表达能力
