职位描述
- 负责公司年度销售预算和季度滚动预测,并完成所定目标,负责销售部门日常管理:包括销售人员日常工作,业绩考核,业务培训等;
- 负责项目开发及销售/零售渠道开发及销售/代理商开发/大客户管理, 设计院及顾问公司推广;
- 负责新业务开发,制订市场策略及销售策略,市场推广;
- 开发并管理代理商,与代理商建立长期、稳定的合作关系,确保终端渠道的品牌形象;
- 协同大客户经理管理重点客户,支持和跟进重大项目的开展;
- 开发并维护给排水及机电顾问、设计师、机电总包和业主等资源,提高产品的市场占有率;
- 主持公司重大营销合同的谈判与签订工作,落实客户回款,创建长期稳固的客户关系
职位要求:
- 全日制本科以上学历,优先考虑 机电/给排水/建筑专业, 或市场营销、企业管理;
- 8年以上高端建材行业或建筑给排水产品市场相关从业经验,3-5年企业项目管理和销售管理经验,带领过10-20人以上销售团队者优先;
- 熟练掌握英语,能够满足工作中所需的听说读写要求;
- 熟练使用office(word, Excel, PPT等)办公软件,宏观分析能力强,善于学习和创新;
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和丰富的团队建设经验,能在较大的压力下实现销售目标;
- 有给排水产品及建材行业项目经验者, 或泵阀零售经验者优先,如:泵/阀/排水设备/卫浴/建材产品的项目或者零售经验 等;
- 较好的自我管理及时间管理意识,可适应出差。
Responsibilities and Job Description:
Responsible for sales budget and quarterly rolling forecast, and achieve the annual sales target. Responsible for daily sales management including activity management, sale steam, trainings, etc.
To develop project sales, and Retail channels, support and manage Dealers, Key Account, and plan promotions in Design institute and M&E Consulting company.
Responsible for new business development, formulate marketing and sales strategy.
Develop and manage dealer systems and Sales Channels to have stable relationship and Branding KESSEL as leader in building drainage .
Work together with Key Account manager to develop key account client, searching and follow-up projects.
Develop and maintain M&E consultancy, Design Institute, Contractors, Installation Co. to increase KESSEL market shares
Responsible and Control sales Contracts , Account Receivables
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, proffered Major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Water supply /drainage , Architecture or Marketing, Business Management.
More than 8-year experience in building materials sector or experience in building water supply and drainage products,
3-5 year experience in sales management, project sales and lead a team more than 10 staffs
Good command of English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Proficiency in office (word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Strong ability in analytical skills, interpersonal skills, fast learner and self-driven,
With strong team and experience to motivate staff to achieve goals;
Experience in Building Drainage products and building materials industry is preferred, like; Pump, Valve, Sanitary Ware, Building materials,Knowledge and experience in project sales and retail sales will be a plus.
Good sense of self-control and time management, and willingness to travel
