职位描述

Position: Expert Product Support Powertrain

Division: Components, Logistics & QA

Entity: VCIC

Location: Beijing

Scope, objective and relevance of position:

  • Early detection and Escalation of market disturbances as well as optimization of lessons learned process for field data within a China specific vehicle influence to support the customers satisfaction and the competitiveness of all VW models in region China (Mission)

  • Early detection and determination of effectiveness of fault elimination process (FAP) and it fault elimination measures.

  • Proposal and testing of new methods and practices to analyze and determine quality related information as well as development of their feasibility and coordination of their implementation.

  • Field observation: Usage of all sources for market monitoring and early warning within region China

  • Effectively use systems and methods to determine and evaluate the infield vehicle quality of Volkswagen group vehicles and its components within the Expert Teams in the Chinese market.

  • Set up and steering the CKD PCC Process with JVs (damage parts steering, damage parts tracking system, expertise)

  • Steer of repair concept process, check feasibility of all ideas for market China. (e.g. damage case, warranty cost, TPI, repair test, tracking list,etc.)

Key Tasks:

  • Support the supervisor of the team to align strategies and concepts within the field of Product Support with all related parties (within VGC, with home dep. / JVs, etc.).

  • Set up the central control project of dealership in china, Cooperation the top problems in dealership. Set up the regular workshop, meeting, Teco with central dealers.

  • Steer of repair concept process, check feasibility of all ideas for market China. (e.g. damage case, warranty cost, TPI, repair test, tracking list,etc.)

  • Support of all related process partners in QA, R&D, AS regarding introduction of a KD solution, draft of dealer information for technical product issues (TPI) for handbook Service Technique (HST). Check TPIs for market relevance.

  • Production of technical presentations with failure analysis and analysis / draft of statistics for damage cases and related costs for models, parts and part groups out of related systems (e.g. ETKA, etc.).

  • Analyze of data out of systems as. SAGA, DISS, Feedback, AQUA etc. for analyze upcoming failures (SF / costs) for Region China and strong cooperation model to Group function .

  • Set up and steering the CKD PCC Process with JVs (damage parts steering, damage parts tracking system, expertise)

  • Testing, practice and develop methods of market monitoring and align them with the related processes from Product Support Teams of the JVs

  • and analyze / determine quality related information within active field observation / market monitoring.

  • Preparation of and participation in meetings related to engine and gearbox topics as Damage table, Issue Management, “Arbeitsgruppe”.

  • Cooperation / setup of processes within C-VCIC/QS Technical Service China, strong cooperation and exchange of information with all teams (e.g. Warranty and Goodwill, product safety, CuSa, etc.)

  • Long-term Quality Market China Monitoring, pursuit of the key points of the problems and escalation to the relevant department.

  • Cooperation within the function of the Field Analysis Team Technical Service in China for different region, communication and exchange the information with PQA team of JVs, onside support with the production problem related complains and early warning cases.

  • Cooperation of Internet Monitoring / Issue Management for gearbox topics to find out the early warning cases and the eruption of the problem, compare with the technical information and data analysis.

Qualification and skills:

Necessary education:

  • ‘Diplom-Ingenieur’ / Master / Bachelor, Professional training in the field of automotive engineering (engineering, mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering, etc.)

Personal skills:

  • Experience with China advantageous, Profound intercultural communication skills, Experience abroad

  • Project work / product management experience

  • Self-organization, Learning receptivity

  • Costumer Orientation

  • Capacity for teamwork, Communication skills

  • Self-initiative, highly motivated, independent

Working experience (in years):

  • Several years of experience in Technical Service Volkswagen or several years of experience in Quality Assurance of Volkswagen Group or JV partner.

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

  • Good German and English skills gained through stays abroad,

  • Understandability of IT systems and willing to learn new systems related to data analysis

  • Good understanding of financial data analysis and statistical methods (MUST).

  • Outstanding skills in system analysis, strategy and planning, committed to maintaining quality and efficiency
